Return Policy
We will accept most any item we sell as a return for full credit less shipping costs
within 30 days of receiving the product(s).You are responsible for shipping charges
back to us.
*Returned Items with a total cost over $50.00 may require up to a (30%) re-stocking
fee which would be deducted from your refund.
Please read the full explanation below for exceptions and conditions.
How To Return Item(s): All returned items must have a Returned Merchandise
number. Mark the R.M. number clearly on the outside of the package or on the
shipping label. Email us at admin@countrycountryrecords.com always before
returning an item to receive an R.M. number and complete details for acceptable
returns.
You must return the item(s) in its original condition and in its original container.
Please place the items original box/package inside another box/package to protect
the original. The customer is responsible for the safe and undamaged return of all
items. Do not reuse packing or shipping boxes that have been damaged. Upon
receiving the item(s) back, we will inspect them to make sure they are in the original
condition. Damaged or missing items will be deducted from your refund. Ship all items
with signature required and insured. Failure to do so could result in no refund, if it is
clear we had not received the item back. All items returned missing original packaging
materials or in an otherwise un-sellable condition will be charged a minimum $20.00
fee.
Amount of refund: Shipping charges are not refundable. If the original shipping
charge is indicated on your invoice, your refund will not include that shipping charge.
Refused shipments at time of delivery: Orders that are refused at time of delivery
where a shipping expense has been incurred by us, will be subject to no refund of the
shipping charge to you and an additional charge for the shipping fee back to us. If for
any reason you feel that a shipment is not acceptable, email us immediately In cases
of damaged merchandise these shipping charges will be waived, if a successful claim
can be filed against the shipper with your assistance.
